Management does not work well with the staff

First they interview and hire you on the spot and say they will train to learn, but you can’t say anything while training only take notes like saying what you see or hear must stay there and you can’t repeat what you saw or heard and you can’t make conversation so you can get to know the people because someone may feel offended.
