Run ladies run away from this job!

Weekends and holidays off, usually off by 4, work with sweet,awesome ladies

Cons

You will be sooo screwed by they pay for performance. No matter how perfect you think you are, you will get a customer that thinks you only deserve a 9 rating, then you and your partner will get paid significantly less for the whole to weeks! For the one not too bad rating!! Gas mileage: youll drive from here to ten buck to and get pennies for doing so.

Better to find a job at McDonalds

There are no pros. This is not a good job.

Cons

Poor leadership. Low, bottom line pay, yet they want you to break your back while sometimes working 12 hour days. Low appreciation. Working 40 plus hours a week, you will do good to receive a $300 weekly paycheck. You must be able to drive your own car to jobs, with little to no mileage compensation.

No benefits. Minimum Commission. Confusing days. Pay is deducted for missing work even if it's excused.
