Not a lot of opportunities for growth

This company is a joke. In a dying industry using archaic tools and processes with the old school and narrowminded people making poor decisions on every level of the company. The CEO has zero credibility. First he announces in the company meetings that there will be no layoffs but a couple of months later the first round of layoffs (out of many started). Everyone knows they are on a sinking ship so there is no teamwork, they all fend for themselves until the next paycheck. The work keeps on piling up, with more overtime required with every passing month. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
