      Work-life balance is so important to make sure we are productive in our day to day work, while also feeling that we can take the time to recharge and reset when we need to. We are lucky to have a management team that is so supportive of this practice!

      Pros

      Overall a solid place to work. Good work/life balance. It leans towards being a technology/engineering culture more than a sales culture but management is overall supportive and fair. Pay fell a bit behind the market in some areas but I think they've re-assessed and caught it up a bit in the post Great Resignation world.

      Decent growth rate but not lighting the world on fire like some are in cyber

That's how we see it as well – Tufin is certainly not a standard company in the Cyber landscape, and that's, in our eyes, one of the reasons we are where we are for so many years.       Working at Tufin has been rewarding. The culture encourages collaboration and every day is fulfilling. The leadership encourages employee growth and development, and provides opportunites for advancement. Work life balance is great, allowing me to excel in my role, whilst still prioritising my personal and family commitments. i would highly recommend if you were looking for a supportive, collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Communication challenges, as with any growing company, there may be occasional challenges or gaps between different teams which can sometimes impact efficiency but can be addressed.
