I honestly loved my team, and they were wonderful people to work with, the pay and benefits were solid and there was plenty of opportunity for rewarding challenges and learning.

Cons

Slightly disorganized and stressful work environment simply due to the nature of the industry, not much was offered even when asked in terms of fostering growth, but I think it was because upper leadership had too much on their plates. I could tell they cared but were just stretched thin.
