Its a job, getting to be a BAD job

Cons

Always taking away from the employees, recently, they took everyone's vacation, put it in a "bank" for when you retire or quit. Also took our bereavement away, and 2 days of holiday pay beginning next year. To go on, when they took over our company they took 3% of our 401K, our double time on Sundays, and if a holiday falls during the week, they don't pay over time if they want you to work on Saturday.
