- Welcoming and kind community - Celebrates diversity and inclusion - In a great area of town

Cons

- Strong disconnect between department administrators and higher leadership - Salary for staff always felt quite low despite money constantly flowing into projects, land purchases, and renovations; very insignificant raises for staff

Collaborative environment, easy to create or initiate change, dedicated colleagues, fantastic students

Cons

Overworking/work-life balance is a struggle. Small University means that you wear LOTS of hats and your job is often a variety of jobs.

Pros

Benefits are great, but the pay is not. University contributes 10% towards 401k. An abundant amount of holidays and vacation days.

Cons

Staff are truly treated like second-class citizens. Their opinions are not valued, and the staff that have remained at Trinity for a number of years tend to laugh it off and say "we are only staff members." A good amount of the staff are Trinity alumni, and got their first jobs at Trinity, and never left.
