Cons

Never a consistent schedule, healthcare is four times as much with this company as compared to tsa. Can not take work without pay. Owned by KR Contracting.

Good pay interaction with guest flying is better than your actual employees move up on leadership is good if you want it

Cons

Have fun waking up at 2am everyday they will never accommodate your needs & always place you in the morning shift Any mistake made and there goes your job. Lied and said they will provide a shift bid it’s been over one year and still nothing contacted managers and president over months going back and forth in emails and they still would not change my schedule. Make sure to know your shift. They hire you without informing you are working the 2 am shift. Lots of test.

They pay well and give plenty of OT so you will make money if you show up.

Cons

They put you under pressure so not a great place if you get stressed easily. The atmosphere can be dramatic here and there but if you stay to yourself, you’re good. Did have “high school clique” vibes.
