      Thank you for the review. We try to stress those real challenges to our openings, especially when we are growing. The hours can be very long, and the independence required to master this trade is also a reality.       We appreciate your feedback. It is certainly not a job suited to everyone at our current stage of growth and customer demand. We try to be upfront as possible during all stages of recruiting about our warts. We hope to grow and offer more options on hours and benefits but as a small company it takes time to reach the ideal scenario and not everyone can wait and grow with us, which we certainly understand.
