      Ineffective leadership and gossip create a toxic culture

      There are no pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Leadership team is ineffective and gossips so be careful what you share. The primary focus is re-cap so if a leader isn't part of the 'in crowd' , they will be eliminated.

      None = they destroyed a perfectly good company

      Cons

      We sold ourselves to them to satisfy greedy shareholders. Now we shoulder the mess and destruction.

      Pros

      Interview process went really well, the company can go really far with the business outline projected.

      Cons

      Once certain people left that were in leadership, the morale and business acumen went DOWN. It was a truly unfortunate chain of events that eventually led to others quitting and being let go.
