      They are SOME good upper management people that work here.

      Cons

      Upper management and owner are VERY vengeful. They have a "their way or the highway" mindset. They pay employees on the low end of the scale and raises are VERY rare. They make almost everyone sign a non-compete so it's hard to get a better paying job within the industry without the fear of being dragged into court.

      Laid back at times but no supervision and if you have good work ethic you'll do all the work for lazy co-workers.

      Cons

      No appreciation from a vice president that acts like he runs a Fortune 500 company.

      Could not tell you any.

      Cons

      Pompous managers who are only interested in you making them more money. This company thinks theirs are the only products in a market full of equal and better parts. Not interested in feedback from boots on the ground employees. Earlier positive reviews are laughable as there are those who suck up in fear of losing their jobs.
