Pros

The team I work with at Tri Rivers is a wonderful group of individuals. Most employees are willing to help others if needed. Some days can be very busy and some other days may not be, depending on the patient load. Work Life balance is good. I work 4 10 hour shifts.

Cons

Not much room for growth, specifically for nurses. Job is not very challenging. Not much critical thinking involved. No flexibility in schedule. Required to be in the office from 7am-5pm, 4 days a week. Cannot leave early or come in late without using PTO and getting time off approved very in advance for management approval.
