Pros

Nice folks but not so knowledgeable about how to run a professional business, behind the times. A lot of internal turmoil as well.

Cons

Work on crappy equipment without resources to do the job efficiently, in difficult bad situations and get blamed for it, very demoralizing, safety concerns. I've worked at worse places but we referred to them as gypsies.

Poor Leadership.

Pros

Somewhat family-oriented, probably better if you work in CT. The benefits are ok.

Cons

Becoming like every other NY scam forklift dealer. They lost their luster of being customer-focused. A lot of favoritism for the wrong employees.
