I never got paid for my services at time; there was always delay of around 2-3 weeks and the last salary I took from there was after two months! The accounts department was extremely lazy and used to postpone their work, sometimes for months, which eventually used to result in our lack of sales because we didn't use to have enough money in our accounts to pay for the services we were hiring from the third parties. And for that, the higher management used to blame not the accounts department but us, the E-commerce team!
