Pros

When I started things were great. Or they seemed great. Everyone wasn’t in high spirits. They aren’t really good at having a family environment, they are more like every man for themselves. I’m not going to sit here and bash the company because it wasn’t all bad. Things just got worse and worse over a period of time. There is a lot of micromanaging which I didn’t mind. I helped mostly all departments. Seemed like all department managers felt comfortable with me to help them with tasks. I always tried to help everyone and train when I could even though it wasn’t my department.

Cons

The stress level I experienced was through the roof. I was expected to do as I was instructed plus help with Philippe’s requests. I never said no or I was busy I always tried to help but my workload was more than I could have taken on. Of course Philippe would eventually accuse me of purposely doing things to anger him. Mostly all was bad communication. Verbally I did not understand what he was saying and even in an email I would have to ask my manager or someone else to clarify what he really was asking of me. I was over worked and under appreciated.

Not a professional work environment

Pros

There is very little positives to this company. You might get to travel for work if the boss likes you.

Cons

There is no training for new employees. The HR department is a joke, the person in charge of this department has no credentials and shares personal/confidential information with others. Not a single employee in this company is happy to be there. The owner micromanages everything making it quite difficult for anybody to succeed. If you don't do exactly as he says, even when he is wrong, you will face retaliation. There is no overtime pay, health benefits are mediocre. They deny requests for PTO without reason.
