Pros
The pros include having smoke breaks whenever you want within reason.
Cons
If you're not Polish with conservative political outlook then you will be hassled. The owner, Stan Tyminski, cooks lunch daily for his employees but if you disagree with him then you will NOT be invited for lunch any longer. You will get 3% profit sharing after $44k has been reached monthly. BUT the Polish guys will get more than the non-Polish. Health and safety is not up to par. Very disorganized.
