      A few great colleagues trying to do their best in a difficult environment. Remote work flexibility, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Work culture varies a lot depending on the team and manager. Difficult to feel heard or supported when raising concerns. Growth and development opportunities are limited.

      Pros

      Very easy to make an impact, a good idea is a good idea regardless of who came up with it. Senior management are available and always open to suggestions. People in general are very approachable A great work life balance.
