Should have thought twice before joining here

Pros

Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.

If my pros section had number of issues you can imagine the cons.

The Company Was Better Before We Were Sold

Work-life balance is honored and most managers provide quite a bit of autonomy to their teams.

Cons

Lower salary compared to other companies with a similar role. KPIs and goals are harder to meet since the company was sold last year.
