      Pros

      Hardworking, selfless leaders, managers and colleagues leading by example. Strong teamwork covering each other's heavy workload.

      Cons

      Long hours serving customer demands who are not familiar with video analytics. Fast growing company but faced with typical challenges in hiring the right talents, and slow to fire the incompetents. Too lenient with poor performers leading to leaders and managers carrying the burden personally.

      Pros

      I have been working at Trakomatic for 3 months as an Analyst and Since then I have been exposed to a number of tools and techniques. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with big names, work with number of different clients all in few weeks. You get to handle projects from start to end ranging in multiple verticals. I had the opportunity to handle data from various Industries giving me more knowledge on how they operate. The team mates are very friendly and supportive. I would recommend people to be a part of Trakomatic as Data Analyst if they love working with numbers,

      Cons

      The Start Up life is often hard, but it's worth it, cause the learning and the experience you will gain from all the challenges makes it worth your while.
