Work is interesting and fast-paced. Career growth is unlike 99% of other places, credit for work is given and recognised regardless of seniority. Frequent promotions and pay raises are given for the work achieved.

Cons

The intensity of delivery is high, and the standards reflect this. Most people will struggle with the intensity, speed and quality at which work is expected to be delivered.

Hyper-Growth Outpacing Hiring: The company is developing and scaling faster than we can onboard developers. While our AI capabilities help bridge the gap significantly, it still makes the day-to-day job highly demanding and fast-paced. Ownership mentality is a must: Leaders remain very hands-on. They will go extremely deep into any area or process that is broken, which requires you to be resilient, sharp, and deeply knowledgeable about your domain. High Barrier to Engineering Prioritization: The bulk of the engineering organization sits in Sofia and is stretched thin. Convincing them to prioritize your projects (regardless of complexity) requires thorough PRDs and compelling, data-driven business cases.
