      the office location and the people, the technology is super crappy - so it's an advantage to get away from it

      Cons

      Management, Product, Crappy office since they re-did it as a start-up (cramming many desks together)

We are sincerely sorry that your experience at Trace One did not go as we would have liked, and we will not fail to pass on your testimony to our teams. As far as our offices are concerned, we plan to offer a new collaborative experience to our employees that combines flexibility and friendliness. We are moving to modern, functional and more professional co-working spaces. As far as our technology is concerned, we are redeveloping all our core products with the latest technologies such as React or .netCore. Since 3 years, we have been transforming ourselves: new products, new branding and new employee experience!

      badly managed, The COMEX team are all inpet, HR is non-esistant or worse useless.

      If you live a commutable distance from St Albans and want to avoid working in London add one point. If you fancy the occasional trip to the command centre in Paris(who doesn't like freshly baked baguettes?), add one point. If you think that doing your job is not enough and a pay rise in line with inflation is only deserved by the top performers in the company, add a point. If you like pretending you are working agile when you are not, that's another point. If you can turn a blind eye to a culture of blame, you can add a point for that too. If you like working with distributed teams but you prefer not to meet your team in person, add one point. If you the carrot and stick style of management, that is worth 2 points. If your total is 10 or more then Trace One is a great place for you to work.

Our teams work in a pleasant environment in St. Albans nearby the station. Our office offers convivial spaces and we regularly organize corporate events to strengthen team cohesion. Our employees benefit from a working from home policy to avoid commuting and to have a god private/professional life balance. Our Engineering teams work in squads following the Spotify model and we use the latest technologies openAPI's, REACT, lastest version of C#. As for salary packages we rely on benchmarks to ensure our compensation is competitive against market. We therefore reiterate our sincere regrets about your experience, but we can assure you that this is an isolated case, and we will ensure that it remains so.
