Pros

No pros on staff retention

Cons

Only cares about who will do the work. No career progression. One of the reasons why some people have left the company. A lot of system issues and poor response make work more stressful.

Pros

Some staff are warm, friendly and helpful

Cons

Others are vindictive, manipulative and don’t care. Lots of contractors work here for the big 4

Pros

They do train you well , and I felt I had a better pay than others in my position when weirdly they had more experience

Cons

Ultimately I got let go since I wasn’t meeting targets. Thing is I’d never had any meeting that I wasn’t or that they were disappointed in me. I do have bipolar though which was becoming a struggle for me so ultimately I feel that’s what I got made redundant for . Think about that the next time you see them post about mental health . At no time did they offer to help or understand my situation either but the game is the game I guess .
