Pros
Let’s start off with, I LOVED WORKING THERE. Honestly, the best place I have EVER worked at. - Production employees, are down to earth, funny, worked hard, and were appreciative! - Supervisors, some of the most level headed humans I have ever met. - Some office staff, humble, funny, well cultured, and they were the hook up for food. I woke up every morning, happy to go to work. Happy to help, happy to be there for the people, happy to be their voice (since I was the main person they could confine in since I spoke Spanish). This had been my favorite job.
Cons
Corporate managers SUCK. Very relying on our Corporate office in New Jersey. They literally could not TRY to figure out a solution without crying to corporate. The head of HR, stop “working from home” and actually help the employees FOR ONCE. Not surprised everyone’s shocked that you let some amazing employees go because you felt insecure about your job. Actually do it, and maybe things would’ve been different.
