      Lots of promises

      Pros

      Compensation is competitive Big name clients in the health care / life sciences sector.

      Cons

      Management gives out too many promises without worrying whether or not they can deliver. When they can't deliver, they make you feel like you've expected too much. They don't do yearly reviews, other than filling out a generic form, therefore the space for dialogue about needs and expectations becomes awkward and unclear.

      Pros

      I had a large amount of autonomy in performing my function, up to the last project. Their past selection of projects/industry segments afforded me opportunities not available in other firms.

      Cons

      Their past selection of projects is now severely impacting their ability to grow into the hard bid segment. Their senior management needs a shake-up to jump them into the next level of business.

      Pros

      There are no pros the working at Torcon the Philadelphia office is way understaffed and very unprofessional. Leadership is very poor.

      Cons

      Long hours, no direction on day to day tasks, no employee training, poor outlook of your job duties and scope of work, expected to perform tasks way above your experience level and job title, very unprofessional leadership.
