      Weekly tea time Salary 13th month salary

      Cons

      Too many task, you are doing system analyst and business analyst at the same time. Many projects got cancelled because no budget. Management bad. Give work from home but many limitations. Too many ridiculous policies. Director/boss likes to scream and shout. Micromanage the whole company. Bad environment. Favouritism is too obvious.

      None, none, none, none, and none. Absolutely nothing. They play favorites with their employees while the rest get screwed.

      Great benefits but.....very Male dominated environments

      Benefits, bonus, salary was ok,

      Cons

      Manager would scream, almost came to physical blows with an employee, made inappropriate comments to the females in the office very micro managed in the Dallas office.
