I have had a successful career at Tonkin Clacey for over 20 years, the question is Why didn't I move until now? The answer is family. Tonkin Clacey has a family atmosphere and everyone works as a team. In times when the pressure is on, a Senior Director being Jaco, Caroline or Dave would come along and ensure that every person is progressing forward and if there is anyway that they can assist you, to make your day easier. You are constantly learning and increasing your knowledge of property law as well FICA, which is now so vital in South Africa. I was sad to leave Tonkin Clacey and hope to make new memories in a new work environment in The Netherlands. If you have looking at joining the Tonkin Clacey team , jump at it, as you may never have the opportunity to join a firm of this caliber again.
Cons
As this system insists on a negative, I've had to really use the grey matter on this one. In my opinion the parking is a problem, as some staff have to cross the road to another building to park, an issue if you work late and its dark.
