The culture here is very homogeneous and feels "bro-y". Senior Management is especially this way and lacks direction. There are a few people working here who are paid well, but most employees are very underpaid for the industry. Low employee retention rate.
Got to work for larger recognizable clients and projects.
Cons
Lack of direction, owners don't know what they are doing, can't get out of their own way. Drama and chaos are the norm. Changing expectations, no support from senior managers.
