- The agency is headed by three 25 year olds who have never worked elsewhere before so their knowledge and expectations are at loggerheads with each other
- They have hired base level people and entrusted them with high responsibilities, this often leads to a clueless atmosphere in the company
- None of the clients entrust them with any major work and their portfolio is very weak owing to lack of good talent which isn't encouraged
- People are not respected, especially experienced people who quit pretty early after spending only few months here as the atmosphere is conducive to growth and the co-founders never listen to any logic except for what is in their heads
- Communication is unwelcome and the atmosphere of dictatorship is prevalent where you can only do what the co-founders tell you to do
- There is only one washroom and over 60 people. The washroom is always untidy and there is a queue for it. The co-founders have a separate washroom which they don't let anyone use
- Salaries are often delayed as clients don't pay on time and targets are given to account managers to become recovery agents
- Designers are made to work for at least 14-16 hours per day on account of poor planning from the account team
- There is a lot of interference from the founders in day to day task, employees are not entrusted with basic responsibilities. If you're working mid-way you'll always have this self-proclaimed techie (one of the co-founders) stand behind and peer over your shoulders and ask "What are you doing?"
- Reimbursements also are never given on time and for the money you are spending on the company, you have to keep following up with accounts that keeps following up with one of the co-founders
- The three co-founders head different departments and are never in sync with each other. One will tell you something else is going on the account and the other will say something else. There is no coordination between the heads and because of which the team and clients suffer a lot
- There are too many South Bombay rich kids who have been hired here based on their relations with the co-founders friends. These people don't respect work and don't mind salary delays as their pocket money is more than what their salary is. Due to this culture other members in their teams and other departments suffer a lot as they get pulled up for goof-ups done by these guys
