Where to start. The good old boy system is rampant there. So much so you are told, "you're the wrong skin tone and wrong gender." People will flash their rebel tattoo, smack and say "I can do this because they know I'm a peckerwood". The night leads look down on interracial relationships, pick arguments with the welders to get them written up and fired. The pay is absolute crap, they monitor how many times you go to the bathroom. They don't allow you to take breaks when you get overheated working in 110+ degrees. Very toxic work place do not work there.
