Bad management, shows favoritism, management speaks badly upon employees to other employees, employees hold little to no value to company.

Senior leadership makes it extremely difficult to make you want to stick around with overstepping and micromanaging. Went through the most stress and anxiety while working for this company. The owner has unstable tendencies and will communicate based on his emotional state in that moment of whatever he’s feeling without having facts. It was quite the roller coaster. Getting away from this company was probably one of the best things I could’ve done for myself. I continue to get phone calls from employees that are currently with the company and they feel like it’s gotten even worse.
