Good Benefits, friendly co-workers, approachable HR. In-company Doctor that provides much cheaper general healthcare than if you outsource to a third party.
Cons
Pay is fairly low compared to other manufacturing companies, with starting pay currently sitting at ~$11.25 to ~$12.00 per hour. This wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem if they were more consistent about providing overtime during the past year. There also seems to be little room for upward movement.
