      Pros

      Some really great (and talented) people to work alongside Great technology and budget made available for software. Good compensation Great place to work for software engineers. Surprisingly more processes in place than expected

      Cons

      Very little freedom to do a job with autonomy - surprising from a start-up when one expects to be able to bring some ideas to the table. Lots of micro-management and a real culture of mis-trust - particularly coming from the CEO. High turnover across the organisation Lack of any formalised learning

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, fun and smart. You'll learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      Lots of noise about company strategy. The CEO posts about AI a lot, even tho we're not in that space. He also post about potential new strategies like moving away from kubernetes which causes confusion about the direction of the company. He also posts about other companies and their business strategies instead of focusing on own. There's a want to over communicate to the employees that just ends up with them running out of topics so they communicate about things not related to the company and then the employees end up confused.

      - Engineering led and laser-focused vision - Culture is actually what is claimed - Cutting-edge domain - Space to experiment and learn - Great pay and stock and local benefits, cool office being fitted out - Very helpful culture, everyone collaborates and helps each other - No divas, no politics
