      Poor management, lack of direction and communication.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and benefits. Location is great if you don't want to work downtown.

      Cons

      Lead Manager-not qualified,no leadership. Department run poorly with no direction and so you are forever making adjustments to correct work, because they're not sure. Very frustrating!
