      High pay masks lack of training and poor benefits

      Pros

      The pay and its too good to be true, therefore you know something sketchy is happening.

      Cons

      No training, Staff is scared of licensed professionals as they have been traumatized by previous employees. No incentive to further education. Was told my license has “no meaning”. Horrible benefits including health insurance.

      Flexible schedule, salary, mileage on top of salary, smaller company, work life balance, birthday holiday, phone reimbursement, autonomy, health insurance reimbursement

      Cons

      No company car, having to use personal phone, day shift hours are not always true especially for RNs
