Pros
My coworkers were the best part of the job. The office has a good patient base. I was given flexibility in my schedule when needed. I enjoyed having enough time for each patient. Overall team is good. All of the dentist provide great care.
Cons
The office manager was the main reason I left. The way she speaks to people is so rude. The boss is dating her so she can do whatever she wants. She demands respect from the team but does nothing to help. Favoritism to certain employees who are friends with her. Lack of leadership. Other reasons I left were they started offering services that are not within the scope of practice. Assisted Hygiene with double columns to boost production. High turn over rate. Long term employees are not appreciated.
