      - guesthouse no other Pros in this company

      Cons

      - No Grows opportunity - No HR process, every decision is made by the manager based on they own sentiments - minimun salary - contract clauses not respected - Useless event - Bad organization at all

      Pros

      Really there are no pros working with them.

      Cons

      They like to claim the company good mood (table soccer, and office-party). Not to mention when an employee get a certification. They like to have a good image on social network, but this is the classic body-rental company. They hire you only if their customers need more resources. When they don't need you anymore, will start troubles: letters of warning, mobbing and so on. Pure scam.

      So sorry to read such a bad review. Especially because we are putting so much effort on making our people happy and proud to work with us. In just one year we enlarged our corporate staff with a Marketing & Communication Unit and more than 10 recruiters who are joining their force to make our candidates and employees experience the best they could ever imagine.
