Pros

There are some wonderful people who are not in leadership positions and you will trauma bond with them. Many of them are really good at their jobs.

Cons

Where would I even begin? Gaslighting and betrayal from certain leadership members. Abusive and bipolar CEO. Low pay. There is so many shady and downright messed up things this company has done but I don't have all day, Look up the Daily Beast article that was written about the CEO back in 2021. Still holds true. I don't know why celebrities and other industry professionals continue to support this woman's business. Maybe they don't know the truth or just don't care. But I guess that's just Hollywood...

Pros

Pros: you’ll be well-connected to Hollywood insiders if you work the beat well

Cons

Sharon Waxman is an unprofessional, hostile and unfeeling boss. She will abuse her employees at any possible opportunity. Pay is abysmal and she exploits workers’ low earning potential.
