      - The people: the company is comprised of a-players who are committed to working together to WIN. - Leadership is not distracted: With an engaged chairman-founder, expectations are clear, and goals stretch beyond the current quarter or FY. - The interview process was transparent with good communication.

      I worked with great people. Pay was decent but unfortunately the client wanted to downsize. Nothing bad to say about the people.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, no room for career advancement.
