      Pros

      You make a lot of friends I guess. But you can do that anywhere. Doesn't even begin to outweigh the cons.

      While I was there three RAs where assaulted residents did thousands of dollars of property damage there was even a shooting right after I left!!!!

      The owners are manipulative and money hungry. They do not care about personal well being or happiness. They are aware of their high turnover rates and attribute it to a lack of success in hiring the right personnel rather than their horrible management style.

      Valet is great for short time, but long term is very stressful!

      Great staff that are very helpful and a strong self of team. The managers are friendly and will go to bat for their employees. Many of the residents are very kind and fun to get to know with great stories. Many residents have great contacts with high level employers! Christmas bonus and

      Cons

      Start off at minimum wage with hourly bonus which is obtained by not being written up, damaging car, being late or improperly dressed in uniform. Bi-weedkly pay scedule making around $400 per paycheck!
