Worst place you'll ever work

Pros

None. If you like being ignored whilst sitting at a desk in silence all day scrolling through pages of sales data and being made a scapegoat for anything that goes wrong then this is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Everything. Managers are like the blind leading the blind, absolutely no training or support. Just left with outdated training documents to read through and then you get blamed for following an outdated process - which they never bothered to update on documents you're asked to follow. Culture of blaming each other and zero accountability by anyone. No support and a very cold environment, longer term employees stick to their own little groups. No due process is followed properly, don't expect any kind of proper feedback or coaching. Most people looking for a way out. You will also be expected to pay for your own Christmas party and work nights out.

Pros

None really. I genuinely cant think of anything good.

Cons

Most boring job in the world. Mind numbing. A 12 year old would do it. They think its NASA they are running. Went for 3 interviews and then when I realised what the job was, I couldn't understand it the purpose of all the interviews. Lots of little spies watching everything you're doing. Too many chiefs. Serious ego's from people who have worked there for a bit and think they're running the show. Low pay. Office way too quiet. You're almost afraid to speak for fear of getting an email telling you not to. Very petty things like that. Had a snooze most days as it was so boring. Half hour for lunch is a joke. I'm glad I'm gone.

Modern working environment with very helpful friendly colleagues.

Cons

Breaks very short for mind numbing work. Also the salary is very low.
