Pros

The families and the coworkers are amazing and I miss them every day.

Cons

As an employee you never felt seen or heard. When issues were brought to the front about coworkers, child safety, or basic amenities, you were frequently brushed off and given a vague “ we hear you” while nothing gets done. Management does not seem to take any matter seriously, and do not keep staff informed about information that pertains to them while their staff is on leave.

Pros

Kids are great and curriculum is fun

Cons

Management is awful, they run through directors like water and have horrible policies that put children at risk.
