Pros

The only pro is that this is probably as bad as it gets. A great ANTI- example of how a company should be.

Cons

My last review got taken down bc they probably saw it & reported it. This entire organization is run by ignorant, unintelligent people. None of the management has even the slightest idea on how to run an organization. They're a culmination of people with unvalued undergrad degrees who realized they didn't really have any value to add to corporate America so they decided they could make a living off of scamming & frauding others. Please do yourself the biggest professional favor and stay away from this place. No matter how good they make it sound, STAY AWAY. This place was the biggest mistake of my life and it's actually shameful for me to put their name on my resume.

The first review was taken down for legal reasons, as should this review. The unsubstantiated accusation of scamming and defrauding our clients is slanderous at the least. If you feel there is credible evidence to this accusation, you are requested to contact me personally, Mike McDaniel, Executive Vice President with your claims to be immediately looked into and addressed appropriately.

Pros

They seem to be able to hire really nice people. I honestly cant think of anything positive about this place.

Cons

They will all be fired or quit within a year. Dont believe ANY of those "5 star reviews". The management is just as bad as their product. They rip off their clients and tell their employees to write those reviews. None of the people in the pictures still work there except for the managers.

"Current/Anonymous Employees' thank you for your feedback. At The Inline Group we do try to hire nice people as culture is a large area of focus for our organization. People that are not nice do not add to a positive culture, they detract from it. Unfortunately, we are a production driven company and cannot keep people simply because they are enjoyable to be around. We do ask employees to go onto Glassdoor and give us a review just as every other company does. We are confident in our culture as well as our product. We do not dictate how reviews should look which is evident by this review. Our employees are free to write whatever they choose. We stand behind our product and our company and are always open for anyone to challenge if we are providing the services we committed to. Unfortunately we cannot take the advise to "close it down" because it would leave the 97% of positively engaged employees without a job, it would leave you without a job. We work with an "open door policy" to discuss any challenges or frustrations with our employees and welcome you to have this discussion. We want all of our employees to be happy and proud of our organization.

Mismanaged and product does not achieve results clients need

Pros

Not all inside sales for Business Development Reps. Face to face client visits and conferences in your territory.

Cons

The product is a great concept but it does not achieve the results the client genuinely needs. Company leverages itself as "Marketing & Advertising" in the Physician Recruitment industry but the candidates they attract are not screened in the way a traditional recruitment organization does. The phone systems they use are awful which makes it very difficult to have quality conversations with clients and their 'homemade' internal CRM system is inefficient and cumbersome. The owner of the company has a background in Accounting and has no real concept of what the client base really needs to be successful. No growth in years and constant turnover due to insufficient training, lack of trust, and incompetent leadership.
