Pros

A few interesting benefits, on-site perks, hybrid schedule for some people. Good benefits.

Cons

Pay on job listing was wrong. I’ve effectively just swapped jobs to make roughly half my prior salary. Not cool. Was told this would be a salaried position - now I’m suddenly clocking in and out on a virtual punch card. Yikes. Some light harassment from management and some light racism, though seemingly not intentional - still not cool. Management enjoys being authoritative over being efficient. You will feel like ‘little people’ as you’re trivially micro-managed at your cubicle. If you like being treated as an incompetent child, this is the place for you. You will be told to do things that do not make sense, or “utilize” a system in a manner that is grossly inefficient. I understand there are quite a few different people/mamagers handling different branches, all with their own management styles and systems, so my experience may be dramatically different from someone in say, finance. I do see people here who look happy. I am not.
