The staff are amazing and creativity is heavily encouraged and embraced as a vehicle for learning. I love the variety in the role which can include teaching on the school sites and teaching offsite also.
Cons
Travel expenses are not covered for off site teachers which can be an unfair burden. Taking on extra organisational responsibility at the school can not result in a fair pay rise and work balance for some members of staff.
