Hi, I am sorry you would not recommend us at Great Fosters for employment, but I am heartened that you enjoyed working with your colleagues and found them 'lovely and friendly'. That's an important part of any workplace. We currently only have casual vacancies at the hotel so I don't recognise the view that it is short staffed. I am sure during some peak periods, like the recent Ascot Week, the hotel can be extremely busy but we do staff up as much as we can to cover these periods. We always look to promote internally, where that is possible, including to other hotels in the group, where this is practical for the employee. I work directly with management in the hotel and do not recognise the personalities you describe. I am however sorry you felt that you had not engaged well with the management.
