      Tharp cabinetry from a installers point of view

      Pros

      Work over 40 hours a week, with overtime. There's always work or a job that is in progress. Love what I do and the houses that we work on.

      Cons

      Sometimes work over 60hrs a week. Work life balance doesn't exist during the work week.

      Pros

      I received a great working experience and gained a lot of knowledge on cabinetry and teaching others.

      Cons

      I had to fight for raises and got them 6+ months after also fighting for a title change. Everyone comes and goes frequently because upper management doesn't care about anything other than their bottom dollar.
