You can work a bunch and learn a lot, but you can work a bunch and learn a lot anywhere. Excellent health insurance, better than anywhere else.
Cons
Overworked, prepare to work long hours at break neck speed. Employees are chronically underpaid as the company abuses immigration visas. Forcing people to stay at TextMe or leave the country, leaving them with no salary leverage at all. CEO(s) are clueless (yes, there is more than one CEO, have you heard enough yet?) Some employees are treated kindly while others are treated with disdain. No work from home policy. Unlimited PTO turned into 3 week vacation at random. There was no compensation for vacation days once they became limited, this is illegal. The company is a sinking ship and it is deserved quite frankly. Stay far far far away.
