Pros
The culture at Textile Exchange is collaborative, respectful, and supportive. Everyone who works here now shows up with a sense of purpose and integrity, and professionalism! I feel empowered to balance my personal life with meaningful, impactful work. It’s so motivating and refreshing to be part of an organization that is not only driving sustainability in the textile industry but also encouraging innovation and POSITIVE CHANGE within its own "walls"!
Cons
Still working out some of the "old kinks' in order to elevate to best practices.

Pros
There are none. You need to run, not walk away from this dumpster fire. OPS is destroying the organization and everything it was once built on with the two new hires they brought in. They are pure evil and are ruining people's lives. This organization will be black listed in the next two months.
Cons
The 2025 Human Resources hires.
