Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Your review was concerning enough that we discussed work/life balance with several other team members to get their perspective. The overwhelming consensus was, similar to the other 9/10 reviews on Glassdoor, that Text IQ acknowledges the hard work and contributions of its team members and is flexible about work/life balance. We would not be in this great position - very few companies at our stage are profitable while growing 5x their size in 1 year - today without talented, self-motivated, and smart people who make up Text IQ, and this is something we recognize often. We do set a high bar for talent and tend to attract people who are motivated to make a big impact. But this should not be confused with Text IQ expecting people to work 7 days a week (which none of the other team members felt was expected). We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to build a culture that acknowledges our team members who are driving our growth and success.
