      If you don't have any personal life and want nothing except Job then this is the best company to work for.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what people are working on they just keep them pushing and expect them to work 24x7. Management always want that the employee should forget everything in his life and just devote all his life to company as this is some GOD or something. No Work life balance. Manager/Management torture very badly you might end up with depression people suffered with it in my team. Bro Culture - Not suited for female. Don't take POSH seriously. Most of the positive review here on glassdoor for this company are the forced review.
